Dear RFCHOST users, 

We regret to inform you that our server in the Hong Kong region, HKG3, experienced a technical failure on May 6, 2024, at 3:44 AM, which was resolved by 11:39 AM on the same day. This incident caused an 8-hour disruption of our services, for which we sincerely apologize. To compensate, we will be adding an additional three days of service to all affected accounts within the next three working days. No further action is required on your part to receive this compensation.
