Thank you for choosing services from RFCHOST. We set up this ToS to provide stable, continuous and convenient services to you. By using our services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Billing and Cancellation
We accept PayPal, Alipay. To provide all customers with advance notice, all payment invoices are generated 7 days before payment is due, and notification sent to the e-mail address on file. Failure to pay by the due date will result in interruption of service, and eventually account termination. If you exceed 3 days past your service invoice due date and failed to make any payments, the respective service will be permanently terminated and your data will be deleted. We are constantly changing and improving our services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a service altogether. You can stop using our services at any time by requesting a cancellation in our client area, although we'll be sorry to see you go. We may also stop providing services to you, or add or create new limits to our services at any time. We provide new accounts with a 24-hours money back guarantee on VPS hosting services. However, we charge 5% chargeback fee to process the refunds. To request for a refund, you need to open a ticket. Software and control panel licenses are non-refundable.
You as the customer should use your own real information to sign up. We have rights to check your information or ask for any proof. Filling fake information can cause a termination of your account without any refunds.
